Marz Padel (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information processed for the South African Marz Padel service, subject to applicable law including POPIA.

Depending on the service used, Marz Padel may process account and contact details, player profile information, club information, game and tournament activity, follows and social activity, location preferences, marketplace activity, billing and transaction references, legal acceptance records, device/security telemetry and analytics events.

Information is used to operate accounts, provide padel discovery and social features, support games and tournaments, administer club and group access, process billing, prevent abuse, secure the platform, provide notifications and generate aggregated intelligence.

Authorised club, group and country business users receive only the information permitted by their role and scope. Marz Padel Manager does not provide unrestricted access to the global player dataset or private player feedback.

Marz Padel may use service providers for hosting, database services, email, communications, payments, monitoring, storage and security. Paystack is used for relevant South African club subscription payments.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for platform, legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, audit and dispute purposes. Marz Padel uses authentication, scoped access controls, server-side business logic, audit logging, monitoring and other technical safeguards.

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction or deletion of qualifying personal information, object to certain processing or lodge a complaint with the relevant regulator. Requests may be sent to marzpadel@gmail.com.
