Marz Padel may be used for legitimate padel discovery, networking, games, tournaments, club management, marketplace activity and authorised business intelligence.

Users may not commit fraud, impersonate others, harass users, upload unlawful content, manipulate tournament scores or analytics, scrape protected data, bypass access controls, probe systems without authorisation, introduce malware or attempt to access another tenant’s private information.

Marketplace listings must be genuine, accurately described and comply with Marz Padel listing rules. Marz Padel is an intermediary and does not provide escrow or become a party to user-to-user sales.

Marz Padel may remove content or restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to address material breaches, fraud, abuse, security risk or unlawful activity.
